 Melissa Miller founded Gratitude Investors™ to generate happier employees, leaders, and workplaces. We are experts in creating  happiness dividends. We believe:

• Complacency snuffs out happiness.  We strive for people to be better than just "okay" or "fine."  Everyone deserves to be amazing.
• Gratitude is a catalyst for creating change in lives and workplaces.
• Appreciation is not just saying "thank you" and what you are grateful for.  It's showing the people around you they are valued and respected. 
• We should do things because they work well--not just because that's how it has always been done.

Melissa holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Psychology from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky.
